Service Agreement
Clients agree to schedules and payment terms before painting work begins.
Scope of Work
Estimates detail exact surfaces to be painted and colors selected by the client.
Payment Terms
Fifty percent deposit is required prior to starting any residential painting job.
Change Orders
Additional painting requests require written approval and may adjust final pricing.
Access Requirements
Clients must provide safe access to all areas needing painting services.
Warranty Limitations
Warranty applies only when surfaces receive proper ongoing maintenance after painting.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within forty-eight hours of start date incur a preparation fee.
Liability
Canterbury Paint Works is not responsible for pre-existing surface defects uncovered during painting.
Dispute Resolution
Any disagreements over painting quality will be addressed through direct communication first.
Governing Law
These terms follow local regulations applicable to painting contractors.
Updates to Terms
Canterbury Paint Works may revise terms and notifies clients of material changes.
